Our principle requirements are that personnel have spent a reasonable amount of time developing commercial software. A further qualification such as a degree is an advantage but this can be offset by further experience in a particular field such as web design, software support, graphics , translations or other IT based work. The ability to work unsupervised and on your own initiative is important.
